Do I need an appraisal before selling my property?

The fair market value of the rental or sale of your property is essential. We recommend you get an appraisal.

What is the cost involved in posting my property for rent, sell or trade?

How long will my ad run with RST Now?

All ads are posted for six months.

Can I make changes to my advertisement?

Of course!  You, the owner, can easily make any changes through the web site yourself or our dedicated customer service department will be glad to handle any changes you may have concerning your advertisement!

Can I post more than one property? Is there a discount for multiple postings?

Yes, you can post multiple postings. Please go to our pricing on our home page.

Can I post my property for rent, sell and trade all at the same time?

Yes!

Can I post my property with other companies while my posting is currently with RST Now?

Absolutely!

If my property does not rent, sell or trade within the six month period, will I get my money back?

No. You are purchasing a six month advertisement.

Timeshare owners;  Can I rent or trade a week that is banked at resort, RCI or interval?

Yes. You, the owner, are fully responsible in making the arrangements. You must check the rules, regulations and usage through your resort and/or exchange company first. We strongly recommend the use of an escrow company to complete your transaction.

Timeshare owners;  Can I offer other timeshare I own at other resorts or other weeks to the potential renter or buyer?

Yes. You can post multiple timeshares. Please go to pricing on our home page.

Can I change the property posting?

Yes.

How long will my posting remain on the RST Now web site after the property has been rented, sold or traded?

Your property will remain on our site for the entire listing period.  However, it is your responsibility to put rented, sold or traded on your posting. You may also contact customer service to update your posting.

How does trading work?

You post your property and what you will accept in exchange for it.  Keep in mind that there are recordings fees.  We recommend you have a professional complete your transaction.

Timeshare owners;  How does renting my timeshare or property work?

You, the owner, make the arrangements with the resort. You must check the rules, regulations and usage through your resort first. We strongly recommend the use of an escrow company to complete your transaction.

How does Donating work?

We work with a local charity that provides free drug testing for kids at risk.  They take ownership of the property you donate.  In most cases, they require that the property be free and clear.  However, there are exceptions made.  Call for details!
